Two new routes – Edinburgh to Liverpool and Southampton to Dusseldorf – are included in Flybe’s winter 2015/2016 schedule, which began yesterday (Sunday 25 October).
The programme features 104 routes giving customers a choice of up to 2,852 flights a week through to next March, with one way fares from £24.99 including taxes and charges.
Other highlights include the return of direct flights between Exeter and Glasgow and conveniently timed twice daily flights between Southampton and Guernsey.
The winter schedule also sees the return of weekly ski routes from Birmingham, Cardiff, Exeter, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Southampton; and routes to regional France operating over Christmas and New Year from Southampton and Manchester.
The airline will be marking the first year anniversary of its five routes to and from London City Airport and in response to demand has also increased the number of flights on routes from key airports with improved flight times to accommodate business travellers.
Those featured include services from Birmingham to Amsterdam, Dusseldorf, Hannover and Milan; and from Manchester to Aberdeen, Amsterdam, Dusseldorf, Hannover and Paris Charles de Gaulle.
Flybe says its Manchester and Birmingham hubs also continue to grow in popularity as passengers by-pass congested London airports to make easier onward connections. www.flybe.com
